Life Changing Seasons

Life over 50 is filled with new transtions, new and changed relationships, letting go of old thoughts and ideas and developing new ideas about life, love, finances, relationships, and as many issues as there seems to be leaves falling from the trees during this fall season. Spring and fall are noticable transition seasons although transisitons take place at any time, some are planned and some are not.

The seasons can some times be a metaphor for your life. In the fall you start cleaning and decorating your house and environment for the upcoming holidays. Why not also start cleaning out your old thoughts and habits to be able to start decorating your life and celebrating not only what you have accomplished but what you still have to offer?
